Our Dietitians
Our registered dietitians are uniquely trained and qualified to advise you on food, diet, nutrition and behavioral modification. They have bachelor degrees specializing in applied human nutrition, have completed an accredited internship or graduate degree, and are members of the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Weekly visits with your own personal dietitian helps you identify obstacles standing between you and a healthy diet, and to develop the skills and strategies required to make permanent changes.
Our Personal Trainers
Our personal trainers are certified in personal training and kinesiology. They help you develop a program of physical activity and exercise thatâs right for your body and physical abilities, rather than merely running you through a standard work-out.
